It is not an easy task to find time to visit the gym in a busy work schedule.

For normal body functions, the recommended sleep per night should range between seven to nine hours. Sports add extra perks in the form of competition, socialization, and excitement. While you might not intuitively place them under one category, pickleball, ping pong, and tennis bring about the same benefits with differing difficulty levels to suit various player types and styles.

These days most of us are spending longer than we would like hunched over our computers or phones. We are getting all too used to sitting slumped with our heads tipped forward and shoulders rounded.
